Items not picked up during this timeframe will be shipped to the winning bidder at their expense. Payment is due immediately following the auction. Credit cards on file are charged within 24 hours. Invoices over $1,000 but less than $2,500 require ACH, Zelle, or wire transfer. Invoices over $2,500 require wire transfer. No refunds or returns unless specifically approved by Blue Box Auction Gallery. Approved returns incur a 15% restocking fee and buyer’s premium remains non-refundable. Ownership transfers to the buyer when the item is declared sold. Items reserved for local-pick up must be claimed within five days of the auction conclusion or shipping will be arranged at the bidder’s expense.
