Built during the golden age of rail and steamship journeys, its curved lid and reinforced construction reflect a time when long-distance travel demanded both durability and presence. Every hinge, and corner speaks to an era when personal belongings were carried across continents in sturdy, hand-built trunks designed to withstand the rigors of constant movement.
